PAUL EVANS’ construction experience comes from many years working with his father, a builder and master bricklayer. He owned successful businesses, both in Los Angeles and in Central Arkansas. He used his construction expertise in designing, overseeing and building his own home. The experience, insight and knowledge gained from that venture enabled him to branch out and build additional properties. In 2002, Paul Evans founded P.E. Investments, LLC. Its primary business purpose was to build affordable housing in urban communities that were trying to make a comeback or attempting to re-stimulate growth. P.E. Investments has since diversified into building homes for people from all economic backgrounds. From its inception until mid-2006, P.E. Investments has built over 25 homes in the greater Little Rock area. Paul truly believes in building homes the right way the first time, every time, while treating his customers with total honesty and respect.

CRAIG DOYLE began his career in manufacturing engineering, project management, and corporate sales and service over twenty years ago and continues to expand and increase his knowledge in the vital field of home-building. His focus, diligence, and leadership skills have been noted assets to the various manufacturing engineering firms for which he has worked, including businesses in Arkansas, Ohio, Texas, Michigan, and Missouri. In 2002, he began building homes in the Central Arkansas area, specializing in energy-efficient, affordable family homes, as well as upscale, designer homes. Craig’s strong engineering and management experience result in quality care and construction along with a satisfied client whose individual home-building dreams are realized.
